Tenders for immediate replacement/up gradation of software of new hardware of ECL system

TENDER NOTICE

Sealed tenders are invited for immediate replacement/up gradation of software and of new hardware of ECL system installed in the Ministry of Interior Block “R” Pak Secretariat from the interested firms based at Islamabad / Rawalpindi. Tender documents containing the technical specifications can be obtained from the Interior Division, Room No.604, ‘R’ Block, Pak Secretariat, Islamabad from 1100 hours to 1400 hours on any working day, or be downloaded from website of PPRA’s (www.ppra.org.pk) and Ministry of Interior (www.interior.gov.pk).

2.                     Earnest money equal to Rs.100000/- (Rupees one hundred thousand only) in the form of Pay Order/Bank Draft in favour of DDO Interior Division, Islamabad be furnished with the tender. Interested firms/authorized dealers may send their sealed tenders (prices quoted in Pak rupees) along with detailed specifications/brochures to the undersigned within fifteen days form the date of publication of the tender.  Tenders will be opened after fifteen days of the publication of tender in the presence of bidders. GST/NTN/Vendor numbers must be quoted. The completion period of work will be Fifteen (15) days from the date of placing order.

3.                     Interior Division reserves the right to accept or reject any tender without assigning any reason.
